$20 New Host Listing Offer

These Offer Terms are the "Offer Terms" and "Applicable Offer Terms" referred to in Section 36 of the Garage Space Terms of Service, and are incorporated into those Terms by reference. Section 36 governs this offer in full. Where these Offer Terms and Section 36 conflict, Section 36 controls except as to the values set out below.

The offer

List your space on Garage Space and get $20 after your space has been rented for two full months.

Creating a listing makes you eligible. The $20 is paid after your first renter completes two full paid months.

Who is eligible

You are eligible if all of the following are true:

• You are a new Host. You have never published a listing on Garage Space under any account.
• You created your Garage Space account on or after August 7, 2026.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• Your space is located in an eligible market.
• Your listing is for storage, parking, vehicle spaces, or other outlined space usage types in our Terms of Service.

How to earn the $20

• Publish a complete listing for a space you have the legal right to rent out, at a valid physical address, during the offer period.
• Verify your identity and connect a payout account. We cannot pay you without this.
• Get your first booking through Garage Space. The booking must be confirmed within 180 days of your listing going live.
• Complete two full months. Your renter's first two monthly payments must be collected and must not be refunded, reversed, or disputed.
• Keep your listing published and your account in good standing through the end of that period.

We check that all of the above is true 60 days after the first rental month ends, and pay the $20 to your connected payout account within 30 days of that check.

So the typical timeline from listing to payment is about two to three months, depending on how quickly your space rents.

What does not count

Your booking will not earn the $20 if the renter is you, someone in your household, a family member, someone who lives at or controls the property, or an account we determine is connected to yours. Bookings arranged or paid for outside Garage Space do not count. Full details are in Section 36.5 of the Terms of Service.

One $20 payment per host, per account, and per unique property address — whichever limit is reached first. Listing several spaces, or several spaces at the same address, still counts as one $20 payment in total. Full details are in Section 36.6 of the Terms of Service.

If the renter's payment is later refunded or charged back, or if we find the listing was inaccurate or ineligible, we may reverse the $20 and recover it from future payouts. See Section 36.7.

Other things to know

• The $20 is paid in U.S. dollars, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be combined with another Garage Space promotional offer unless we say otherwise in writing.
• The $20 may be taxable income. You are responsible for reporting it. We may need a completed Form W-9 before paying. See Section 36.10.
• We may change or end this offer at any time. If you published your listing while this offer was live, you get the amount shown here even if we change it later. See Sections 36.4 and 36.9.
