Get $20 when you list your space on Garage Space

Unused garage space, a driveway, or a spare parking spot can already earn monthly income on Garage Space. For a limited time, new hosts also get $20 after their first renter completes two full paid months.

The offer in plain terms

Create a Garage Space account on or after August 7, 2026, publish a complete listing, get your first booking through the platform, and keep that booking through two full months of successful payments. We then pay $20 to your connected payout account.

The credit is one payment per host, per account, and per unique property address — whichever limit you hit first. Listing several spaces still counts as one $20.

Who can earn it

You are eligible when all of the following are true:

• You are a new host — you have never published a listing on Garage Space under any account.
• You created your account on or after August 7, 2026.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• Your space is in an eligible market.
• Your listing is for storage, parking, vehicle space, or another space type outlined in our Terms of Service.

How to claim the $20

1. Sign up and list your space — publish a complete listing at a real address for a space you have the legal right to rent.
2. Verify your identity and connect a payout account so we can pay you.
3. Get your first booking on Garage Space within 180 days of the listing going live.
4. Complete two full months — the renter’s first two monthly payments must be collected and must not be refunded, reversed, or disputed.
5. Stay in good standing with the listing published through that period.

We confirm everything 60 days after the first rental month ends, then pay within 30 days of that check. From listing to payment is typically about two to three months, depending on how quickly your space rents.

What does not count

Bookings with yourself, someone in your household, a family member, someone who lives at or controls the property, or an account we determine is connected to yours do not earn the credit. Arrangements paid outside Garage Space do not count either.
